John Mahers Christmas message and closing period for Christmas

Another year is drawing to a close and it is time to take stock of what has been achieved and start to plan for the forthcoming year. This year has seen JMI staff busy on projects all over the world; with the exception of polar regions JMI has supported projects on every continent over the last twelve months. JMI will be closing for the Christmas period on 19December 2008 and reopening 5 January 2009, and all of the team here eagerly await the challenges and opportunities held by the New Year. As is customary during the season of good will JMI’s Managing Director, John Maher, wishes to extend his regards to our customers, associates and colleagues: “Whilst shops may have been trying to convince us all for months that it is Christmas, at JMI we wait a little longer to start the celebrations. Across the Atlantic they observe a national holiday that we at JMI foster in spirit at Christmas time too, and that is Thanksgiving. Without a dedicated team no company can excel, but without a wider industry to offer support, or customers to require products or services the whole process collapses.
