Technology and facilities upgrade

Over the past couple of months JMI has been reviewing the resources environment which its employees utilise. As our representatives are frequently required to operate remotely, or at the site or premises of a client JMI has ensured that they are equipped with the technology and transportable resources to work as effectively as if they were in their own office. After a review of the in-house environment JMI has created a new approach to the workspace enjoyed by the staff. Some measures have included every member of the team receiving a bespoke ergonomically designed desk chair, rearrangement of desks and a policy of greater flexibility of working areas. The feedback from the team has been positive just like the atmosphere!
